Online orders need to be processed within 14 days of initial order date.
In-store orders need to be processed within 7 days of initial purchase.
Who pays the shipping costs in the case of a refund?
If the product is deformed or wrong in any sort of way, we will cover all shipping costs. In the case that the customer no longer wants the hat, all shipping costs are handled by the customer.
